Alex Lopez & his Mastercraft Venture team performed work on the interior & exterior of my home which was damaged during hurricane Beryl. The workmanship is amazing inside and outside the home, not to mention the roofing of the complete house was done with precision. Cannot leave out the aftermath (clean-up) just as professional, and his entire team always go the extra mile with a smile! Customer service is outstanding, it may cost a little more but it’s worth every dime. We have used Mastercraft for our home over the past 2 years and we are extremely satisfied with all of the work they have done for us. We replaced the roof, facia, soffits, gutters and gutter covers, painted the house and garage. We have just completed replacing a wooden fence with a metal fence. Alex and his team are always very professional and do a fantastic job. In addition, we have also worked with their support staff and the staff has been professional. As well as the roof, I had Mastercraft over to replace timber framing, reseal and repaint the area around my garage doors, restoring the house's appearance. Arrived punctually on both occasions and informed us before starting work. The foreman attended, in each case, at the start to get all going well. Then, he returned during the day to ensure all was continuing to plan. The team were courteous and polite as well as efficient. The work was completed (both jobs) earlier than expected. Having completed the work, the team then tidied the work site removing waste material from the roof in the process. Hi, Alex and his team are wonderful. We had drywall and painting done this time from a bathroom leak. His team is professional and does beautiful work. Mastercraft Ventures did an outstanding job of replacing the roof of our house. The installation team was punctual and performed the work in a short period of time. Although I haven't used them yet on my new house, I have seen their high quality work and will be using them in the future for any roofing needs that I may have due to storm damage or hail damage as we get into the monsoon and hurricane season in Houston. We hired Mastercraft to remove aprox. 1,600 sq ft of wood flooring throughout our home after a flood. They replaced it with porcelain tile (wood look) and it turned out AMAZING. This team was on time, professional and fast.. but most of all it was top-notch QUALITY work.
